Looking for a different team-building experience that brings your team together through creativity, collaboration, and shared experiences? Madoka Association organizes creative workshops for companies and business teams looking to step outside their usual work environment and spend time engaging in activities that inspire imagination, encourage the exchange of ideas, and strengthen connections between colleagues.
Through hands-on work with a variety of materials and techniques, participants have the opportunity to explore new forms of creative expression, develop their own ideas, and create something they can take home as a lasting reminder of their shared experience.
At Madoka Association, we embrace a diverse range of creative approaches. Our programs go beyond traditional painting. Depending on your team's interests, available time, and the nature of your event, you can choose from a variety of techniques and materials.
Our activities include:
Each workshop is designed to guide participants through the creative process with the support of an experienced mentor. No previous
artistic experience is required. The aim is to give everyone the opportunity to participate, try something new, and enjoy the process of creating.

Madoka Association's creative workshops can be organized for smaller teams as well as larger corporate groups of more than 20 participants.
For larger groups, the program is planned in advance, with careful consideration given to the appropriate technique, material preparation, and workspace organization. Depending on the number of participants and the chosen activity, the workshop can involve individual projects, smaller group activities, or a collaborative creative task.
We pay particular attention to ensuring that all participants have the necessary materials, sufficient workspace, and clear instructions for every step. Guidance from our mentors helps participants learn the techniques and take an active role in the process, regardless of their previous experience.
A creative workshop offers colleagues the opportunity to connect in a different environment, exchange ideas, and share an experience that differs from their everyday professional responsibilities.
The process begins with a discussion about your company's needs, the number of participants, the preferred date, and the type of activity you have in mind. Based on this information, we suggest a technique and workshop concept suited to your team.
Once the details are agreed upon, Madoka Association prepares all the necessary materials and equipment. Our mentors guide participants throughout the workshop, introducing the chosen technique, demonstrating the basic steps, and providing support as everyone works on their own creation.
Depending on the chosen concept, each participant can create an individual piece, or the team can work together on a shared creative project.
The result is an experience in which participants are not simply observers but active creators. The finished pieces can become keepsakes, decorations for the workplace, or reminders of the time spent creating together.
Creative team building offers an opportunity to take part in a shared activity that does not depend on professional position, previous experience, or specific artistic skills. All participants begin with the same basic instructions, explore the possibilities of different materials, and develop their own solutions.
This format can encourage more relaxed communication, the exchange of ideas, and stronger connections between colleagues beyond their usual professional roles. At the same time, participants get to make something with their own hands and take the finished piece home with them.
