Atelier Madoka

Privacy policy

Effective date: March 2026.

Atelier Madoka is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal data when you sign up for our art workshops or contact us through our advertisements.

By using our services and submitting your data, you confirm that you have read this Privacy Policy and agree to its terms.

1. Data we collect

When you sign up for our workshops through Facebook and Instagram ads, we collect:

First and last name

Phone number

We use this data solely to contact you and arrange workshop details.

All other information — such as a child’s age, preferred times, or special needs — is obtained directly in conversation after you contact us. We do not collect this through automated forms.

We do not collect sensitive data such as health information unless you voluntarily provide it to help us adapt a workshop.

2. How we use your data

We use your data only for the following purposes:

Contact — regarding enrolment, workshop schedules, and responses to your enquiries

Workshop organisation — placing children in appropriate age groups after we speak with you

Information — sending news about programmes and workshops, but only with your consent

Service improvement — improving the quality of workshops and ads

Analytics — if you accept optional measurement via our cookie banner, we use the Meta Pixel for visits and ad performance; Meta may use cookies and similar technologies as described in Meta’s policies

We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling.

3. How we share your data

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Your data may be accessible only to:

Our team — staff who run workshops and administration

Meta Platforms (Facebook/Instagram) — data you submit through lead ads is also subject to the Facebook Meta Privacy Policy

Service providers — email platforms or client management systems that are contractually bound to confidentiality

4. How we store your data

We apply appropriate measures to protect your data from unauthorised access, loss, alteration, or destruction.

We retain your data as follows:

Active participants — for the duration of workshops and one year after they end

Enquiries that do not lead to enrolment — up to 6 months from the last communication

Data on issued invoices — as required by tax regulations

Photos from workshops — with separate consent, retained permanently for archive

After the retention period expires, data is permanently deleted.

5. Your rights

Under the Law on Protection of Personal Data of Bosnia and Herzegovina, you have the following rights:

Right of access — you may ask whether we process your data and obtain a copy

Right to rectification — you may request correction of inaccurate or completion of incomplete data

Right to erasure — you may request deletion when data is no longer needed

Right to restriction — you may restrict processing while a dispute is resolved

Right to data portability — you may request your data in a machine-readable format

Right to object — you may object to processing based on legitimate interests

Right to withdraw consent — you may withdraw consent for processing at any time

To exercise your rights, contact us at: info.atelier-madoka@gmail.com

If you believe your rights have been violated, you may lodge a complaint with the Agency for Personal Data Protection of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

6. Meta Pixel and cookies

We load the Meta Pixel only after you click Accept on our cookie banner. It helps measure ad performance and how the site is used. Meta may place and read cookies (for example _fbp) and use similar technologies; see Meta’s Cookie Policy and Privacy Policy for details.

We store your choice in your browser (localStorage) so we do not ask on every visit. You can change it anytime via Cookie preferences in the footer. If you decline, we do not load the Meta Pixel on our pages.

7. International transfers

Data collected through Meta ads may be transferred to Meta’s servers in the United States, with safeguards applied by Meta in line with European standards.
